More information is needed.
Is this a 110 volt Plug-n-Play or 240 volt spa?

Always good to give the brand -and- model when making inquiries so people know what you are working with.

About what temp was the 'fill water' when you turned the tub on and set it to 32º C?
Approximately how many hours passed from turn on to "Very Warm"?

What specific temperature does "very warm" mean? Check the water temp with a kitchen meat thermometer or mercury outdoor thermometer and tell us what the actual water temp is. Is the actual temp close to what the display reads?
