i would like to say i am sorry about my typing skills and grammer to those that it offends but i am self taught when it comes to computers and grammer and i pretty much see how most people here on this forum feels and i promise i will never post again

My comments re: your choice of posting sans punctuation/capitalization was not about your posting here.....I was referring to any letters/emails you might be sending to your dealer/manufacturer. Any formal written communication will be much more effective if attention is given to proper punctuation and grammar.......sorry, it's just a fact of life.
Please do not let this deter you from posting here but realize that the same approach will get more attention here as well. Good luck.
