First electric bill with no air conditioner
« on: October 25, 2004, 09:02:38 am »
:DReceived my first electric without air conditioner charges on it.
First I should tell you that I am on Residential Time of Use meter which charges more for peak hours and less for non peak hours, so you can set up  laundry, dish washer and hot tub filter cycles to go on at a lower rate.
My bill also tells me the total KWH, avr KWH per day and avr cost per day so it is no problem to calculate daily or monthly costs.
With a water change on this bill it is .35 cents more this month than last year which comes out to $10.50 a month. I assume this will go up in the coming months.
I live in WNC and have a Marquis Reward and use the tub 7 days a week for 30 min. per day, 4 hours filter time plus 1 hour filter time after tub turns off after soak.
