Tub water 1+ year old - light use - change?

We haven't used our tub in nearly a year - the water is over a year "old". We've used it perhaps 10 times since it was last changed. It's at our vacation home, where we have someone come by and check the chemicals every 2-3-4 weeks.

We'll be heading back up there in a couple of weeks - if it's still checking out test wise (not sure what tests!) as ok, should we stick with the water or change it out?

If it looks clean and clear, Smells clean and tests in range... go for it. Perhaps give it a good shock and clean up the filters before use.
