I have a 2016 Caldera Kauai and am troubleshooting an intermittent no-heating issue.
Something I noticed today, is that after 20 minutes with the heater on, and pulling 16.5 amps, I was only seeing a 3 degree difference in the temp measured with an IR thermometer on the exterior of the heater pipe. 97 degrees on the input side (matched the tub temp at the time) and 100 degrees on the output side.
Should I be seeing a larger difference between input and output temp?
