should Cover be a bigger then hot tup

  hi just purchased a sundance cameo spy and the cover is about 2 inches bigger then spa is this how the cover supposed to be ? or did they give me a wrong cover thanks linda

It is hard to say.  My cover seems to fit exactly.  Is the cover a factory cover...does it say Sundance Spas imprinted on the front by the handle and have Sundance imprinted all over the underside?  The reason I ask is the Cameo is the largest spa Sundance makes except for the Maxus which is much larger.  If it is a Sundance cover (made by Ideal, BTW), it would seem to be the correct one.

A slightly larger cover will be easier to put back on the spa. You wont have to line it up perfectly and it will have less tendancy to fall into the water.
