Replacing standard jets with more active ones?

Hello,
I have a Coleman 107 /Maax spa that has standard jets and would like to replace some of them with jets that have some sort of movement , rotating, etc. Can this be done without having to upgrade any other equipment? Is the water flow and pressure sufficient to drive those types of jets?

Depends on the pumps. The plumbing will usually be the same but if the pumps are underpowered, that will effect the flow.
