INSULATE MY CONCRETE PAD OR NOT

Iwill be getting my tub in 2 weeks. I have a concrete patio about 20 by 20 feet to install it on. should I put foam sheets down to insulate the bottom or use 2x6 under the tub. Ilive in ontario and it is cold in the winter.Anyone have any info? thanks

Am in same situation living in Mtl. Went out and purchased 4 cattle mats 4 x 6 each from a co-op store for $250.00 total cost. They are 1" thick with a ribbed bottom and a diamond plate tread design on top for slippage. Oh yes, the cattle mat is made from solid rubber (recycled tires)and will absorb most of the noise generated from the pump motors.
