Ozone will be a black box inside the equipment area. Most likely mounted to the floor and it has a small glass window on it.
Breaker will be at your main control box in the house and it will show right on it whether or not it's a 50 or 60 amp breaker.

In your controller there should be a jumper on JP9#7 for 60 amps.  The sundance ozonator is a blue box usually mounted next to the controller with a 1/4" clear plastic tube that will connect to another larger diameter plastic tube through a mazzei injector (strange looking Tee).  You should find the ozonator by removing the center panel  and the mazzei injector by removing the right panel.

Another way to verify if you have your jumper set at 60 amps is to turn on both pumps full blast, and turn the heat to max, if you panel indicates heating with both pumps running, then you have 60 amps.
When you ordered your electric did you specifically ask for and get a 60 amp gfi breaker in the work order?
And did you instruct the installer to move the jumper on the spa?

Brewman -
Sorry to get away from the subject but -
My heat will go off when both pumps are on high - we have a 60 amp box.  Does this mean something is hooked up wrong?

THanks -

Depends.

Did you have the dealer move the jumper on the control board to allow a 60 amp breaker?

Or did you only have the 60 amp breaker installed?

It sounds like you do not have the jumper installed.

Your ozonator should make a faint humming or buzzing sound.  Also, there is a short piece of tubing near the top that should be the air intake.  If you put your finger over the end, there should be a slight suction.  There should also be bubbles comming from your circ pump jet at the bottom of your spa.  Now all of this, of course, does not verify that the unit is actually producing ozone.

For the Ozonator, What Tony said, at the output of the circ pump (bottom of the tub) you should see little bubbles coming out. Millions / billions / trillions / and a quazillionbazillions of bubbles as my kids would say.

Bethstar, I agree with Tony, seems like you have a jumper set wrong. The 60Amp connection is not a guaranteet o operate the tub at 60 Amps unless the jumpers on the Tub's panel is set to thatas well. Have your dealer come and look at it. I woulnd'nt touch it myself for the sake of the warranty.

Thanks - My dealer is sending someone out tomorrow.  It hasn't been a problem yet, but I'm sure in the cold winter it will be.
