Beachcomber Model 578 Leaking

I purchased my hot tub in 2017. Last week I took off the cover and the water level was down approx. 12 inches. I looked and could see on the back side that there was a leak. How do you remove the panel to find the leak?

If it's a Beachcomber, you can't remove the side panels. They are non removable sides.
Warranty process is the tub goes to the dealer where they work on it from the bottom side. The cost of moving it to and from is usually on the owner.
