Been quite a long time since I have been on here. Owned an Emerald hot tub for 14+ years and enjoyed it almost every day for that time. Very trouble-free operation but the power pack went south and it was time for another. Looked at all the big names and really never considered Nordic. After not finding any that really were must have I decided to look at the Nordic Crown XL. In talking with the dealer and wet testing I was convinced this should be my new tub. Have had it now for over nine months and don't have one regret. There is no muscle that does not get therapy and the positions are endless. With the different jet settings, everyone is happy from me who likes a hard massage to my wife who prefers a gentler touch. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a new tub to at least consider the Nordic brand and wet test. I wasn't looking for a round tub but am very pleased that I have one now.
