When my filter runs, my bromine floater gets sucked right into the filter basket - it is undersized and I plan on purchasing a longer one so this isn't possible, but it does have me thinking - with the high flow of water during the filter cycle, the floater will get sucked over and spend 2 hours straight right outside of the filter house with fast moving water beside it (multiple times a day) - is there a potential that the acrylic shell will be damaged over time due to this? Should the floater be tied off so it can't come anywhere close to the filter?
