Hi there, just bought an inflatable spa, they recommend using bromine but having read up it is not very affective in direct sunlight. My spa is in direct sunlight so my question is:- can I use chlorine instead? Will this damage any of the equipment?

Bromine does more damage to equipment than chlorine. However chlorine also dissipates quickly in hot water.
