I think that's a good price, is that for a 2019 floor model? I don't believe anything has changed between the 2019 and 2020 Envoy (except an increased MSRP) Nice thing about floor models is that the warranty doesn't start until you take delivery of the tub. As such a wet floor model likely has been run a few times and any issues resolved in the dealership. As long as you can get over the "ick factor" of a floor model which has had someone else's grimy hands/body touching it hahaha. If you're paying cash money for the tub you might be able to beat them up over the "ick factor" of a used floor model lol
Be sure to ask the dealer about call out fees and read online reviews about the dealer's service techs since this dealer will be your point of contact for all warranty service.
