What's the Best Hot Tub

I've progressively had issues with the temperature controls on my Softub refusing to work. Pressing them would have no effect on the display or on what the tub was doing. Sometimes it would say "00" on the display, sometimes "P." If I'd leave it and come back a few hours later, though, the controls might work fine. Since I use it nightly at a regular time I coped by putting it in overnight mode so that I didn't need to change the temps. Now, though, I seemed to be locked into the state of a "00" on the display and the temp controls not working. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I still have a few months on the warranty so I'll probably end up taking it in, but I thought that I'd post here just to see if someone knew "one simple trick." Over the last couple of years I've had about every part in this thing replaced once, including the topside.
