If price were identical, which would you choose?

I would pick the Optima.  One of my favorite tubs and no I don't sell that brand.  There are a few owners of MS on here that  love them but I like the sundance better.

I vote for the Sundance Optima.  Sundance is a Jacuzzi brand, and the Optima is a very popular tub, I've heard nothing but positive feedback about it.

I've owned an optima for 2 years and it's been pretty solid. I have very little to complain about and would highly recommend it.

With being in the situation we are in, I imagine its hard to judge the individual dealer.    Many years ago, I was making a similar decision.  The Master Spa dealer was extremely rude to me after I followed up after a visit, so I went Sundance.  That dealer had been around many years, but went under shortly after that, and I think we have had 5-6 different Master dealers in our area since, so I wouldn't go there now.    My Sundance dealer had already been around many years and is still here. In fact, I'll soon be picking up supplies via curbside pick up.      I haven't seen it in awhile, but google "Master Spa Traveling circus.
