New to the forum. Many hours spent pouring over the valuable insight shared here. This will be a first true hot tub / spa purchase. Long term inground pool owner. Also, as mentioned, I put together a wood fired (Chofu) soaking tub about 5 years ago. It's fun, but 5 hours of tending the fire to get it up to temp makes it a challenge. Anyway, I've landed on a hot tub that I think will fit nicely on my existing deck, be reliable, and serve my purposes. My sister-in-law has the MS version of the same tub, and it's been a couple of years, but I recollect liking the experience. So wet test has been done. I didn't start my search even considering Nordic, and found out recently that she has the very model I landed on. It seems okay to inquire on fair pricing on the forum, so here goes. 2019 Nordic Retreat SE (3hp model) with the Northern Lights (I was told it was an add on, I don't think it is), Nordic wrap, Nordic Pure. White with a charcoal cabinet. Steps, cover, hydraulic lift, and delivery included. Tax not included. Price quoted by closest dealer (about half an hour away) is $6700.00 .  I'm not looking to shop around or beat anyone up for the absolute best price. Fair market price is good for me. Thanks for any help.

Actually reconsidering the Jacuzzi J-245 with Smart Tub. Any idea what a current fair price for a 2019 J-245 with Smart Tub on the East coast? It's really down to the Nordic or this Jacuzzi. I think long term the extra room in the Jacuzzi and the foot jets will be appreciated. I'm also into the app monitoring of the Jacuzzi.

The wifi/app stuff is all gimmicky in my opinion...Have you wet tested both?  Definitely do that before you buy!  We thought we would like the Nordics, but their shell is made out of a rougher material and we ended up not liking after testing them out.

Great little spa with the extra lights and bigger pump on the SE edition, I'm a Nordic dealer and would come in a little more aggressive on the price however we are a 'bulk dealer' so we take advantage of all of Nordics available discounts for buying complete truckloads and pass that onto the consumer, not all dealers have that luxury...great reliable spa, are Nordic service rates are lower than ANY other spa brand I've ever sold
