It was difficult to keep track of all the passwords and I wanted a program to help out.

Kim Komando (http://komando.com/) recommended Roboform (http://www.roboform.com/) so I tried it out.

It is a great program.  It also fills out forms and generates passwords.  If you aren't already using it, give it a try.

Best of all, it is FREE!

I haven't checked this particular program yet, but some of these supposed free utilities come with a high spyware/adware price.   But who am I to complain, I have made thousands off of spyware. Hopefully this isn't just another Bonzai Buddy.

Banzia Buddy?  One of my sisters kids loaded that onto my mothers PC a few years ago.  Took me all day to clean the thing up, seeing as how I'm her help desk whenever her PC farts.

Bonzai Buddy is tame compared to some of the spy/adware I've fought.  I think the industry is turning the corner on that one and viruses and spam will come back to the forefront.

I've had Roboform for over as year with no problems.  I also use 2 spyware programs.  Ad Aware and McAfee.  So far so good.

Roboform is a legit product for keeping track of user ids, passsword and filling forms. It's a PC Magazine Editor's Choice and recommended by many others. It's made by Siber Systems and they've been around since '97.
There's a free version that is somewhat limited and then the paid version at $30. If you stick with it, it's worth the $30. I've been using it for about a year now but it's been around for a long time.
