Well, FINALLY..............we did it. Decided on the SA Euphoria spa by Marquis. I can't tell ya'll how much this forum helped me in this decision. I had narrowed it down to two of the major manufacturers and was given great reports on both and that is what made it so.........difficult. I knew either one would be fine. I weighed it all out and also the Marquis are made in my area like 35 miles away, so the old "keep the business local" also played a part as we are a local business also!!!! I know I will still need the support of this forum in the future so I will still be "around". We negotiated on the price a little diffrerent than the norm. As I have found out "everything" is negotiable. Forget the coupons, blah, blah, figure out what you want with any extras and ask them what their best price is, then call another dealer and ask them the exact thing. It differed by a few hundred bucks for me and then I countered and we made a deal. It really doesnt matter what price you pay if it is within your budget and "you" feel good about it. You will probably pay more than some and less than some. We got the following. spa, cover, cover lifter,with the hydraulics, led lite, extra chems, extra filters, usual dellivery, setup etc. for rite at 8150.00, no tax in our state. I did try and work him a tidge more but he wouldn't budge and I didn't want to have to go somewhere else if I had to walk away. I even tried the "cold hard cash" offer and didn't make a difference, cash means nothing these days. Oh, well I am happy and heck you only live once!!!!! good luck to all you in search of a tub, it can be a grueling process but I am hoping it will be well worth the headaches i endured.
