Heater reset button

Hi.I have a Hot Springs Jettsetter Model J. I refilled water last week and water temp is bath tub warm,not hot.I poked around inside tub trying to feel/see a reset button for water heater.Did not see one.Is there a reset button or do I need a new heater? It's a old model which I bought used,so really trying to avoid a new one $$$$ .If there is one could you describe where I can find it ?There is power to tub,red power light is on.Green ready light is not on as it hasn't reached temp tub is set for .Thanks for your help .

can't say for sure without a serial number, but any hotspring heaters sold after 2005 (approx) were PDR (power down reset)  the reset buttons on older heaters were a poor design.  i'm not a tech but your symptoms (lukewarm, solid red light) sound more like a failed heater relay board.  good news is the part costs less than half what a heater costs.  check out some youtube vids on hotspring heater board, see if it sounds like your issue, and whether you want to tackle it.
