Potential hot tub buyer here. Local dealer has a Hot Springs Flash for $8,695 before tax. I can get outside financing and the dealer will cover sales tax. My question is, is this a good price? Price includes cover (but not cover lifter), delivery, and first set of chemicals. Should I offer $8,000 out the door?
