Water quality

 My PH  and alkalinity   Has been perfect But  I let the chlorine levels get too low  forgot to check it for a day  .
It has gone  milky
 I tried shocking the tub    And no change   Can anyone help

You need to superchlorinate to clear it up.  May even take a couple of doses.  If the water is 3 months or older I would just dump it and start over.

You may want to try some sort of floating sanitizer method so you don't have to constantly add stuff to the water.  We've had great luck with the @ease system.
