2 Hot Tubs for the Price of One?

My wife and I are building a new deck and were originally thinking of getting an 8-10 person hot tub.  We have three kids (7,6 and 5 years old) and plan on entertaining and using our hot tub frequently with family and friends for the next 10-15 years.  The cost of large brand name hot tubs seemed high, but hopefully worthwhile in the long run.  We found a smaller tub (supposedly 6-7 person, 81" x 81") for 1/4 of the cost of the larger hot tubs and we're considering putting two of them next to each other.  Are we crazy, or would this be a nice way of accommodating 8-10 people?  Buying two tubs would still keep us well below the prices we saw for one large tub.  Thoughts?

The inexpensive tub at 1/4 the cost may be 1/4 the hot tub. If you get 2 you still may have 1/2 the tub.

Never heard of that brand before...This is just me, but I would stick to known names in the industry who back their products and have solid history of producing great tubs.

If you buy quality, you will likely get good life (12-15 years +), low operating cost, lower cost of ownership, better therapy, and you will be happier.  If you buy low quality, you're not going to be happy, have high operating cost, shorter life expectancy, more frequent repairs, and spend more money in the long run. 

This is an industry where you get what you pay for.  If the brand is not sold by a hot tub retailer, and is either online or big box only, that usually indicates very low quality.  I would forget the Lifesmart and look elsewhere.

Also, you are going to have a hard time fitting 6 people in a spa less than 7' square.
