Total newbie here and would appreciate some advice.....

Quote today for Limelight Flair, only add-on is ACE, with tax $12,600.  0% for 36 months.  Seems high to me, was hoping for closer to 9K.

Getting a quote for Caldera Martinique tomorrow.

Again, any insight on the two tubs or the price of the Flair would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

I would have to look at my pricing when I get in tomorrow, but pretty sure I am around $12,000 with tax, ACE, and 36-month financing.  Even if you paid cash and was taking a floor model, I don't think you are getting a Flair with ACE for under $10,500 with tax.  Every market and dealer is different though, but hoping for $9k is not realistic.

Martinique is a nice hot tub.  Not quite as spacious as the Flair though.  No option for ACE though and ozone is optional.  I'm around      $10, 500 with ozone, tax, and 36-month financing.  In my opinion, the Flair has better filtration now with the dual filters, flashier lighting, and standard ozone.  Build quality is pretty much identical.  If you want ACE, its an easy decision.  If ACE is not the most important factor, wet test each and see which you prefer.  I have sat in both and both fit me well.  If it was just for me and the wife, the Martinique is plenty big and has great therapy.  If I needed to fit 4+ people, then the Martinique is too small.

Thanks so much for the response, very helpful!  I'm leaning towards the Flair with no ACE.  That would put us around 11K and dealer just offered 48 month financing.  That's the choice now, do we want/need the ACE?  Up front cost and cost to replace down the road has me skeptical.  Seems like it would still be great with ozone but salesman is trying hard to sell us ACE.

You said Martinique has great therapy, would you say the Flair is better, worse or about the same?

Me personally, I would give a slight edge to the Martinique, but I could be happy with either.  I would personally choose the Flair.  ACE saltwater, dual filter design, standard ozone, and exterior logo light for notifications would be my reasoning.
