After I sent documentation to Emerald, the better business bureau, and my charge card company proving my high cost of operation and my problems with the jets, and with out ANY service!! I also talked to other Emerald owners who were not getting service from this dealer. They all put pressure on the dealer. The dealer agreed to pick up the spa and issue a full refund. I am now in the market for a new spa. It will not be an Emerald, although the factory tried to help me. If anyone wants the name of this Wiconsin Emerald dealer, I can tell you. Stay away!!!!
