How long to wait after SHOCK
« on: August 27, 2004, 08:19:13 pm »
Just curious...  How long do people typically wait after shocking before you go in your spa?  We're using the Liesure Time OZ tablets right now and I get the impression you can go in after 15 minutes from the label (it's not really clear).  Anyhow, it's 2 hours after shocking and my test strip shows bromine/chlorine levels very high still.  (not sure how this really works since it's a non-chlorine shock)

Thoughts?

Here's a link to the shock we're using...

15 minutes................ after they dissolve.
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals
