How to refoam a spa

I have a calspa which has leaks but I am getting it fixed next week. The thing is that a lot of the foam has been dug out. I would need to get it refoamed after the leaks are fixed.

What is a good product for that? Also, should I foam just the under surface of the tub or foam the hoses again as well? I was leaning towards not foaming the hoses so if I have a leak again....I do not have to dig the foam again.

Also, how much should this refoaming thing cost? I have a calspa octagonal - the diameter is 92 inches. Any help would be appreciated.

Put in some non-itch house insulation and then a foil barrier like reflectex to hold it in, then put the spa back together.  It will be just as good as before.

OK - spray some foam back in. When I have to do a repair on a foam-filled spa, I get an eight cubic-foot spray kit. I dig, repair, and spray the foam back in. Also: you can always put the (dry) foam back in, and put a layer of new foam to seal it in place.

Not a biggy.

Chas unlocked the puzzle as to how to refoam a FF spa. Now does that sound difficult? I can send my 9 yr old over to help if you thermopane guys think that's tough.

Not that Hobitlore has any relevance here, but as Bilbo said at his eleventy first birthday celebration:
