Got fl02 troubles

I have a jacuzzi j320 and showing fl02 I replaced the filters with new ones and when I replaced the flow switch I then showed fl01 so I put it back the way I had it. Every time I reset the beaker it take somewhere around 8 hrs to show the code fl02 and the Jets all work as well heater until code hits just the jets work. I really I’m running out of ideas.

Does it have  a circ pump?

FLO2 means that the flow switch is detecting flow when there shouldn't be.   

FLO1 means the flow switch is not detecting flow when there should be. 


When you originally replaced the flow switch, were you getting flow through the flow switch and still getting a FLO1 error?

Yes it has circulation pump with a bypass heater

This morning I wired up a the a new flow switch because I remembered the old filters where in. So hopefully it was the flow switch and old filters. Good so far I will check in the morning because some reason it takes hours to trip a code.
