Chemical Storage
« on: July 23, 2017, 07:17:48 pm »
My new spa was just delivered today and the place i bought it from gave me a bunch of chemicals, water test kit, etc.

Just curious what some of you are using to store you product in.  I prefer not to have to run to my garage all the time and am just looking for some ideas.

Thanks in advance !!

I keep mine in a household cleaning caddy.  You can find them almost anywhere.  Works great for me and can easily carry to/from the spa.

Whatever you store it in, be sure that the chemicals are stored in a cool, dry location out of the sunlight.  Rotate stock always and note that there are short lifespans on testing equipment (relatively speaking) and that liquids shouldn't be held onto for more than a year.  Granulated products have a several year life spas so you've got some slack there.

I hope this helps.  Good luck moving forward.
