I am a hot tub novice however I've just bought a house that came with a hot tub
It was emptied, cleaned and refilled yesterday but it doesn't seem to be heating
The problem I have is I don't have an instruction manual and don't seem to be able to find one online either, the only information I have is a model number which is on the side but when I look online I can't find anything
It has been on a preheat cycle but nothing seems to heat it
The model number on the side is PFDJJ-8904
