suggestions for the $4K to $5K price range

Hi!

I'm currently looking for a spa and want to spend between $4 and $5k.  I know I need to wet test (by reading in this forum), but there are so many spas out there it's hard to know where to start.  I looked at (and sat in a dry) coleman C481, but the salesman quoted us about $7K with tax, delivery, cover, etc.  It's a little out of our price range.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

I would recommend the Sweetwater series.  They would be located at all Sundance dealers.  You should be able to pick up a Sweetwater Caymen for between $4,500, and $5,500.  This unit can only be on a 220v line.  It is a five person spa with a three year warranty.

I would also recommend a Tiger River Bengal, but I would doubt you could get one under $5,000 (It should be in the $5,000 to $6,000 range), however this unit can run on a 110v outlet which will save you some money on wiring your electric.   This unit would be sold by all of the Hotspring dealers.  It is also a 5 person spa, but it has a 5 year warranty.

My Caldera dealer quoted me the Martinique for $5195. That's a little out of your range, but a good tub, with a 5 year warranty.

You should be able to find a 2 pump 31 jet Catalina® "Samoa" for somewhere in your price range or the "Neptune" if you want the lounger.
If you like it and you want it BUY IT!
