I sure hope it's not having problems again, but seems like the past couple nights, it's been running again and its at temp.
are you 100% sure it's not dropping below set temp a couple degrees? where are you located? Sounds like it's calling for heat therefore the spa is kicking on...in colder temps (esp. if you keep the default filter cycles from the factory) Rhythms/Relays can still kick on multiple times throughout the day or night because they will drop a couple degrees with colder weather.
