One firm price with a package of extras is the way to go. It's not good for the consumer, but also for your business as you don't have salespeople playing price wars with each other within the same company. It also seperates the value shoppers from the price shoppers. Price shoppers i can see a mile away......and believe me, they are ALWAYS the first to complain about the products/services they receive from the competitors who sell only on price.
