Dimension 1, Aurora

Hi There!
We are getting ready to purchase our first hot tub and almost came home with a Dimension 1, Aurora on Sunday. My husband was sold on the moveable headrests. I would be happy with a tub of hot water.

There are many complaints about display/control replacements. I was wondering if these issues had been fixed. I can't shake the feeling that this brand is like the Jaguar car, great and wonderful when its working but in the shop most of the time....is this fair?

Thanks,
Jennifer

I also looked at D1 although have never personally owned one.

As far as the movable headrest they seemed cheap and poorly constructed.  I tested one out and found them hard to move and not having that quality feel to them.  Honestly it was a big turn off for me.

Scotter133,

The topside control on D-1 spas have been a problem in the past.  However 5 years ago D-1 moved the topside from inside the moisture chamber, to outside.  This appears to have solved the problem.
