Calibrating Hot Tub Termostat
« on: April 11, 2016, 08:49:55 am »
The temperature display on my Jacuzzi Series J300 is seven degrees cooler than the actual water temperature. I have changed the sensor in the last year and the circulator pump seems to be functioning properly. The filters are clean and there are no obstructions around the sensor. Is there anyway to calibrate the thermostat. I have seen that some J300s have a setscrew to do this but mine is an older model and I am unable to find an adjustment. Can anyone help?

There is no way to do it.  And no J-300 series spa in the last 14 years has had a set screw or adjustable t,stat.   All 300s and 400 Jacuzzi's use the same temp sensor, sundance spas as well.    Have you checked to see if it's in an economy mode? Either that or the sensor went bad again, rare but it could happen.
