Hi,
I'm having a bad reaction to the bromine in our hot tub. Red itchy spots all over my body. I've emptied the tub, refilled and rebalanced all the chemical readings. Still getting the rashes.
My head is spinning from reading all the different opinions on various options. I'm thinking of trying chlorine as it doesn't stay active as long as bromine and hopefully won't stay on my skin as long either. Also considering using a mineral "stick" or additive such as Nature2 or Clearwater Blue to lower the amount of chlorine being used.
I welcome your advice.
