2007 HS Vista vs 2010 D1 Aurora

I'm looking for a nice used spa to use on my deck in Colorado for my family (me, wife + kids aged 9,7,1). There are currently two nice tubs on craigslist from private sellers:

2007 Hot Spring Vista, Asking $3,500 OBO, flush mounted in uncovered deck for entire life.

2010 Dimension One Aurora, Asking $3,000, sat on concrete pad in covered patio, comes with cover lift.

Haven't wet tested either tub yet but beyond that both spas appear to be in great shape and fit within my modest budget but I want to seek the advice of those more experienced than myself to help with the decision.

I would take the D1 over the HS. Because it's just as good of a tub for less money. That is of course if the layout is what you want.
