Just did a test strip in my tub - water is clear and no smell - my TC is 10ppm - never had this issue before.
The only thing that has happened recently is our econo button got hit when we were gone for the weekend and temp dropped from 104 to 84. Water looked brownish when we returned. Did a regular chemical add - water cleared up and looks normal.
Any professional suggestions / answers please thanks
