Caldera Kuai 2 days old problem with movie

Hello my name is Edwin From the Netherlands.

I have a new spa now 8-01-2016, the other one (10 months old) is back to the dealer (for leaking problems)

I have one issue

The 24 H circulation pump is making noise and bubling.( the older spa did that not)

We have disconect the hose from 1 one-way valve from ozonator (it is in the hose) and i put my vinger on it.

Then the noise and bubles are away.

It is normal to get bubbles and some bubble noise from an ozonator. Bubbles - the ozonator makes ozone and the venturi sucks the air through the ozonator ... bubbles! And I would imagine as the water gets a little older the bubbles become smaller and then there is less noise.

Depends on what type of ozone they used too.  Sometimes ozones have air filters... if it is open to much, the bubbles make a gurgling sound.  Should be pretty darn easy to adjust, but that is assuming that the ozone inlet is the problem.

My first spa (the same caldera Kuai) has NO sound.

When jou sit in a spa then that sound is not ok it,s sounds that there is a marble in the hose, spa is for relaxing not to hear sound like this.

The sound is comming under the bottom, the bubbling sound in the water is no problem.

The ozon is from Monarch
