Hi guys,
I've had a J495 for a couple years now, and am currently having an issue with the stereo. The Blue power light will not illuminate, and I can't see the "music note" icon on the panel. When I enter engineering mode, however, the stereo appears to be getting power.
Recently we discovered something was wrong with the way the tub was wired up (sorry for lack of specifics, but I believe the "helper" of the electrician our bad dealer recommended did something wrong with the ground wire). The stereo was working fine, though, and everything else on the tub seems to be well.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
