Add Picture to site?

How do I add a picture or two to this site?  Will not copy and paste and I do not have a web site.  Thanks.

You can't upload a photo - you can only link to a file that is on another site. So find some site to post your pics - a free web hosting place such as Yahoo comes to mind - and then put the link in between [ img ] and [ /img ]

If all else fails, E-mail the pics to me and I'll post them for you.
