Boric Acid Question...

Just finished refilling my tub, and planning to do the dichlor to bleach method.  I see borates are recommended (about 11oz for a 500 gallon spa?).
Is all boric acid the same?  When I look on Amazon.ca, I can find boric acid, but it is mostly sold as an insect killer!!
Is this safe to bath in??

Edit - never mind, did more searching on forums, looks like its safe....bad for insects....
