I have use bromine in my tub. I run the jets for 20 mins when adding each chemical. Can I get in the hot tub right after I balance my ph and cal hardiness or do I need to wait? Bromine level is fine.

It depends on how much you're putting in, you're probably fine with calcium hardness increaser and pH/alkalinity up and down.  But if you get a concentrated amount of that on your skin, it might get irritated.

I would definitely wait awhile after putting in oxidizers such as shock, chlorine, and bromine.

How long should I wait when adding shock?. I use a floater for bromine so I take that out of the tub while I am in it.

If you are using MPS then you should run the jets for 20 minutes as it says on the bottle. After that you're good to go.
