I have a wooden hot tub that is about 25 years old.  The wood is in good shape, but I need a new power pac and complete piping.  My repair guys cannot find fittings.  Any ideas

Sorry :-[ To answer your question it is usually better to find a newer used working tub than having someone that doesn't know what their doing try to fix a 25 year old tub that probably has 6 jets. Any service tech with more than 10 min experience should be able to fix your tub. Almost all parts even on old tubs are still around. If not its not that hard to retrofit. 8)

Jets the will accommodate the thickness of the wood can be hard to find. I believe there's only two that will fit. Roberts Hot Tubs. Probably the oldest wooden hot tub manufacturer still around. rhtubs.com
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals
