Arctic Spa Covers
« on: October 01, 2015, 08:57:07 am »

Hi guys....am I the only person that has had an issue with the durability of the new Arctic Spa covers? . Whist the tubs are fantastic, the new covers aren't really fit for purpose. I purchased a replacement cover a year and a half ago (my original had worn out after 8 years) and already it has decayed through normal wear and tear. It seems the warranty for this product is only one year (!) , so Arctic Spas (UK) have told me that there is nothing they can do about it and the only option is to buy a replacement cover from them ! I thought these things were supposed to endure extreme weather conditions, not the average mild day we have here in boring old England.

There are places here in the states that make 4-5 hundred dollar covers that will last for 4-5-6 years. Not sure about your hood? Or overseas shipping?
