Both are good manufacturers. For what it's worth, we have the Jacuzzi J-345 and are very happy with it.

You're looking at 2 of the higher quality reputable brands on the market.

Are you looking at any particular models of Marquis and Jacuzzi?

One thing that is different is where they are made, which is a big deal to some shoppers. Marquis made in Oregon vs Jacuzzi is made in Mexico.

Thanks for the replies.

We have put a deposit on a Jacuzzi J-470. We wet-tested the J-480 (they didn't have a J-470 set up) and I'm having some reservations because we weren't able to wet-test the exact model that we would be purchasing. Although they do seem similar enough..

And since then I've done some reading about the Marquis MicroSilk system. I have some skin & dryness concerns so I'm starting to wonder if we made the right choice with the J-470 or if the Marquis with MicroSilk would be better.

Yeah I don't know about Micro Silk.  It's air bubbles in a spa, not really oxygen as they describe.  Unless they have oxygen tanks in their spa's, don't think so.   Like mentioned both are nice spa's and company's.   I get what they are saying but all they have done IMO is reduce the size of the air-inlet to the jet and called it something else, basically the same thing a Mazzi injector does.

I sell Marquis and l'll admit I was skeptical of MicroSilk when it first came out. I test soaked one and really felt the difference, so much that I'm definitely going to get it on the Marquis I'm going to buy in the next few months.  We had a lady come in last month that had the MicroSilk technology at her beauty spa and she was telling us how great it was, and she ordered a hot tub with it.

I would test a Marquis Epic of Euphoria model with MicroSilk and see if you like it.

I would like to see it in person.   I watched the youtube video and it does look cool, but more interested on how they did it.

What would be a good price for the new Marquis Euphoria without MicroSilk?

11-12k in the Signagure package. The Euphoria is a good spa.
