sundance cameo

Hi guy's.
Just found out my electric reading is way over normal since installing this sundance cameo.
We have several spas at our holiday homes, none of which have caused any concerns.
I have researched wiring configuration and found there are more than one way.  I would be most grateful if anyone can help shed a little light on this issue.  Thanks in advance.

There's really only one way to wire a tub, the right way. There are different voltage settings on some tubs (convertible) Some have a different function for the common on 440-460 volt setups but, what power is available to you and how do you have it currently wired?

Are you sure it's not getting used a ton and maybe set to filter more than it needs?

This tub is at our home and used no more than a few times p week.
Would the filtering cycle make a significant amount of difference?

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I believe Sundance can be set to run on either 40, 50 or 60 amps. I think most are set at 50 amps from the dealer. If you change this setting it will affect what controls will work with each other. As an example, I believe if you have it on 50 amps, the heater will not run if you have both pumps engaged. If you have it set at 60 amps the heater will run with both pumps engaged.

The information I’m providing is not from any knowledge I have on the Sundance Cameo, but rather on our Jacuzzi hot tub, but I’m pretty sure Sundance is the same. Hope this helps.
