Hot spring Envoy hood problems
« on: June 02, 2015, 05:36:59 pm »
Hi
Bought new hot tub (Hotsprings Envoy 2013 ) and had it delivered in 29th May, anyway, it nearly killed me today where the hood fell down on me (yes I had put it up correctly) nearly gave me a heart attack.. Anyway not happy, found the catch and lock is broken ... Not impressed one bit. Seeing as it's under warranty should it have a new hood? Terrified that it could of been my 5 year old under that  :-\

Picture will help us help you.

If the tub is new, and you are the first owner, it will be covered under the warranty. Call your dealer.

Hi, thank you for your reply .. It's not new it's ex-demo 2013. It has a warranty. I called them today but got to call them tomorrow about it, as pretty worried every time I'm going to get a smack on the head. Otherwise - lovely tub. Will try to do pics tomorrow.
