Sorry Auto, don't know the answer to the question, but JA is aware that this issue is being discussed outside of his closely controlled world. His response is no suprise to anyone familiar with his style. He mentions that he is yet again under attack, and tries to re assure his flock that all is fine, yet he does not address any specific issues. Typical, but not suprising.
Judgements in civil court are public record, and if the matter has been settled, the final outcome should be availble from the county courthouse, if one is inclined to pay any fees to access the info.
