Hot Tub Water Treatment
« on: April 06, 2015, 12:17:13 pm »
Hey Folks,

Sorry if this has been asked before but....

The wife and I are waiting for our first tub ever to come.  I am trying to figure out what I want to use to clean and treat the water (traditional chlorine/bromine vs something like clearwater blue that is supposed to be less harsh).  I was wondering if anyone has used the alternatives to chlorine/bromine and if so, does it work well?

Thanks!

My wife has some serious chemical sensitivities, so out of necessity we use an alternative sanitizer. We use hydrogen peroxide. You can google it to find out more and if you like you can send me a PM and I’d be happy to provide you our experience and answer any questions you might have.
